What is Sicaly jewelry made of?
Every piece is stainless steel with 18k gold plating. Some pieces also have freshwater pearl or enamel details, and that's noted on the product page.
Will it turn my skin green?
No. Stainless steel doesn't react with your skin the way brass and copper do. There's more on our Jewelry Care page.
Is it hypoallergenic?
Stainless steel is generally well tolerated by sensitive skin. If you have a diagnosed metal allergy, check with your doctor before buying.
Can I shower or swim in it?
Yes. Water and sweat don't bother it, so you can shower, swim and work out without taking it off.
Sizing
How long are the necklaces?
All of our necklaces are 16 inches with a 2 inch extender, so you can wear them at the collarbone or drop them a little lower. That's 40 + 5 cm.
Can I layer them?
Yes, and they're built for it. Wear the shorter setting on one and the extended setting on another so they sit at different heights instead of tangling.
Orders and shipping
How much is shipping?
$4.95 standard, and free on orders over $75.
How long will my order take?
We hand your order to the carrier within 1-2 business days. Your delivery estimate is shown at checkout before you pay. Our pieces are fulfilled from an overseas partner warehouse, so transit takes longer than it would from a US-only brand.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Email us within 12 hours at info@sicaly.com and we'll try to catch it. Once it's shipped, we can't reroute it.
Returns
What's your return window?
30 days from the day your order arrives, as long as the piece is unworn and back in its original pouch.
Who pays return shipping?
You do, whatever the reason for the return. We email you the address of our returns warehouse.
Do you do exchanges?
The fastest route is to return for a refund and place a new order, so you're not waiting twice.
Warranty
Is my jewelry covered?
Yes. Every piece has 30 days of cover against breakage and a lifetime color warranty. To make a claim, just email info@sicaly.com. Details on our Warranty page.
Anything else
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every piece arrives in its own pouch, ready to give.
How do I reach a human?
