Every Sicaly piece comes with two kinds of cover: 30 days against breakage, and a lifetime warranty on its color.
30-day breakage and defect warranty
For the first 30 days after your order arrives, every piece is covered against:
- Manufacturing defects.
- Breakage or structural damage, like a broken chain, clasp or link.
- Visible flaws that affect the piece.
We'll repair or replace the piece, or give you store credit for it. It doesn't matter whether it came that way or broke while you were wearing it normally.
Lifetime color warranty
We stand behind the color of every piece for life. If it ever changes, you're entitled to a one-time replacement or store credit for it.
How to make a claim
Email us at info@sicaly.com. That's all it takes. Include your order number and a photo of the piece so we can sort it out faster. We reply within 1-2 business days.
What isn't covered
- Lost or stolen pieces. These are never covered, under either warranty.
- Damage on purpose, or damage caused by someone else.
- Pieces bought anywhere other than sicaly.com. Only original Sicaly pieces bought from our store are eligible.
