Standard shipping: $4.95
Free on orders over $75

Processing time

We pack your order and hand it to the carrier within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over a weekend or on a US holiday go out the next business day.

Delivery time

Your delivery estimate is shown at checkout before you pay, and it's the one to go by.

Sicaly pieces are fulfilled from our overseas partner warehouse, so transit takes longer than it would from a US-only brand. We'd rather say that up front than have it be a surprise.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If the tracking hasn't moved in several days, email us and we'll chase the carrier for you.

Wrong address

Double-check your shipping address before you pay. If you spot a mistake, email info@sicaly.com within 12 hours and we'll try to catch the parcel before it leaves. Once it's shipped we can't reroute it.
